The PIKL Passport Neonic Paddle Giveaway (“Promotion”) is operated by DinkSmart Inc. (trading as PIKL Passport).
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 11, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) on October 14, 2026.
Eligibility
• Open to registered PIKL Passport members who are 18 years of age or older.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, contractors and immediate family members of DinkSmart Inc. are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To receive one (1) automatic entry into the Promotion, you must:
Be a registered PIKL Passport member.
Complete your first eligible PIKL Passport club visit within your 14-day First
Visit Reward qualification period.
Scan your PIKL Passport during that club visit.
Your first club visit may be arranged by reservation, online booking, or walk-in where permitted by the participating club.
If you arrange your eligible first club visit within your 14-day qualification period, your entry will remain valid even if the visit itself takes place after the 14-day period due to club availability, provided the visit is completed before the Promotion closes.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per member.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one limited-edition Neonic pickleball paddle.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted except at the sole discretion of PIKL Passport.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random on or about October 15, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their PIKL Passport account. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, PIKL Passport reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the PIKL Passport Privacy Policy.
General Conditions
PIKL Passport reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
PIKL Passport reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary.
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
